This small house was built about 1720. It has been beautifully restored and modern comforts have been added such as air-conditioning and a gas furnace, shower, tub, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, phone, and cable TV. There is a queen bed and the fireplace can be used by the guests. Pets are allowed in this house and smoking is not permited.
The price is $80 per night for one, $90 for 2 people,$100 for 3 people, and that includes a full cooked breakfast. There is 6.75% sales tax and a 6% occupancy tax.
